On Tuesday morning, our teams started working on the projects, i.e. they started gathering information for their articles and also brainstorming activities for their pitches. Each of our 8 teachers was responsible for monitoring the work of a particular team to help them stay on track and also assist them in case of any misunderstandings or issues. By noon, each team had started writing their article and had ideas for their pitches. At 13:00, the whole group set off for Prague centre to participate in a guided tour of the Prague Waterworks Museum, which is situated in an impressive building complex. We learned about where the city water supply comes from, how it is treated and transformed into drinking water. Some students even got their hands on freebie materials which they found useful for their projects. After that our teams were able to enjoy the sunny weather, socialize and explore the city on their own.
